Tetris score! New personal best!

I thought this was kind of a funny coincidence since the Tetris movie had just happened and everything. So I and some friends and colleagues have a Tetris high score board going. We play the NES game on game A, and for a while I was in second, then eventually bumped down to third. Last week I hopped in for a round, not really planning on doing much, but just playing to play. And I had the game of my life! I absolutely clobbered my old high score, which I believe was something like 38,200. I ended up with 79,962! I just wish I thought to take a picture of the game screen as well as the high score board, but oh well. New personal best! Guess that Tetris movie really put me in the right frame of mind!
